Angel Reese has been electric to start her first year in the WNBA. With Reese and the league on an Olympic break, she took to Instagram and shared a story of her excellent perfume collection for all of her followers to see. Several brands were on display such as Prada, Valentino, and Burberry, among others.

The rookie sensation was selected seventh overall by the Chicago Sky in this year’s draft. She previously suited up for two seasons at Maryland before she played her last two years of collegiate basketball at LSU. She averaged 18.6 points (49.8% shooting) and 12.3 rebounds per game across all four seasons.

“I love perfume so let me put ya’ll on to some of my faves and send me some gems that I’m missing that I must try,” Reese posted.

Reese’s post has garnered over 550,000 likes on Instagram and was also reshared by the boat service’s social media handle.

Angel Reese garnered high praise from ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith

It has been a tight race between Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese for this season’s Rookie of the Year Award. Both have strong cases to win it, considering their incredible performances on the court.

Clark has been a sensational playmaker while also having limitless range with her shooting. Reese, on the other hand, has established herself as a double-double machine.

During a live segment of ESPN’s “First Take” in Chicago on August 2, Stephen A. Smith named Reese as her choice for ROTY.

“Angel Reese … she may be Rookie of the Year,” Smith said. “She’s special. I don’t care what anybody say. She can play, she’s no scrub. She’s a walking double-double. Dammit, stop apologizing. Marketability matters. If you can have that girl on the team, make sure you do it because that’s going to elevate the popularity of the sport.”

The veteran TV personality argued that consistent production on the court matters and that is exactly what Reese has done since she made her debut in the league. In the 23 WNBA games played, she is averaging 13.5 points (40.2% shooting) and 12.0 rebounds.
