Being the father of a transgender daughter, Dwyane Wade regularly shows off his young Zaya and this does not please many people with conservative ideas.

A former teammate of Flash has also given his very honest opinion on this sensitive subject.

Dwyane Wade is a Hall of Famer, a three-time NBA champion and the best player in the history of the Heat… but off the court and even more so since he retired, the former guard is far from unanimous on American soil.

The cause? His daughter Zaya who was a man at birth and who is now part of the LGBTQ+ community.

A decision that her father fully supported.

Over the years, Zaya has become a prominent figure in the trans community to the point of meeting former First Lady Michelle Obama, but she has also received a colossal wave of hatred from conservative circles.

And his father is getting the same treatment because he doesn’t try to oppose his activities or his sex change.

My man has always been a trendsetter when it comes to fashion. He never gave a shit what people said about him.

He was always willing to push the envelope. He’s not doing anything wrong by supporting his kids.
