Brown is looking to upgrade his digs after signing a five-year, $304 million contract extension with the Celtics last offseason.

The 27-year-old put up career numbers in 2023 as Boston ended their 16-year wait for an NBA title.

Brown has listed the three-bedroom, 2,964-square-foot penthouse with a hefty $4.75 million asking price, per Top Ten Real Estate Deals.

The apartment – located in an upscale converted textile factory – is being sold by The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman real estate.

Featuring a stunning open-floor layout, the luxury space feels huge thanks to its 12-foot ceilings and giant windows.

Brown has decked out his man cave with heaps of Celtics merchandise and a basketball hoop.

There’s also a pool table and vintage video games for kicking back away from the court.

On the roof, punters get an extra 400 square feet of entertaining space thanks to a private deck.

The area features stunning views of the Boston skyline and provides a perfect sun trap for lounging.

Brown’s abode shares the building with a total of 24 condo units and even an upmarket steak restaurant.

The Celtics guard recently went public with girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick.

Brown and Gondrezick arrived arm-in-arm at the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month.

It followed weeks of speculation that the pair were an item after being spotted together at the Celtics championship parade.

Brown’s season ended in triumph as he won the NBA Finals MVP award.

He helped lead the Celtics to a 4-1 series win over the Dallas Mavericks, sealing a first championship since 2008.

But the 27-year-old has found himself snubbed for a place on the plane to the Paris Olympics.

Teammates Jayson Tatum, Jrue Holiday, and Derrick White have all been selected for the squad.

Brown posted a series of cryptic tweets following the decision and has since hinted at a possible involvement by apparel giant Nike.

“I do, for sure,” Brown replied to CLNS after being asked if Nike “played a role” in his Olympics snub.

“There be more stuff to come with that,” he continued.

“As of now, I’m not going to comment on it.”
