Hip-Hop power couple Cardi B and Offset can’t get enough of each other, whether they decide to stay married. The off-again, on-again, off-again parents of three are going back and forth so quickly nobody can keep up.
Last week, the sometimes estranged husband and wife were together-ish for a star-studded bash in Miami. Offset celebrated his 33rd birthday at Habibi Miami with Keyshia Cole, Sukihana, Rich the Kid, and Travis Scott. Cardi B was there as well, dancing in a bodysuit in her own VIP section while Offset threw dollar bills at her.
“We’ve been peaceful for over a week, so we like the energy,” she said on X via Spaces. “We ain’t beefin’. We ain’t really speaking. So I think we’re getting to a point that is, we’re really healthy co-parenting.”
Whatever positive interactions happened at the club, things changed just a few days later when the two went at each other via social media.
First, on X, Cardi shared that her estranged husband, whose government name is Kiari Cephus, was a “Babymomma acting ass b-tch.”
He responded saying, “I’m baby mama now cuz u lied 😂 for no reason used me as a sacrifice off a comment from a stranger.”
Offset also said Cardi was a “hoe” who was only focused on “d-ck.”
To that, Cardi responded, “So dating because I’m single means I’m just worried about d-ck?? You sound like a dummy.. trying to be fake nice after you did what you wanted from the beginning trying to push a narrative to these people.” She then told him to “F— off and sign the divorce papers TODAY.”
Offset responded by calling her “Single and miserable,” and said that he’d sign the divorce papers once they agreed on custody of their three kids, Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and a baby girl whose name has yet to be made public that was born in September.
In a since-deleted tweet, Offset also said, “When u split the custody I will u ain’t worried bout music u worried about d-ck everybody can see it all u talk about us d-ck and in clubs burnt no music no nothing just drama.”
The almost exes went public in 2017, showing up together at the Super Bowl that year. They were married in June of 2018, welcoming daughter Kulture in July.
Since then, the couple has had two more children, weathered allegations of infidelity on both sides, and worked out their drama on social media. Offset accused Cardi of cheating on him while she was pregnant with their third child, which she admitted via another post.
Before their most recent public spat, earlier this fall, Cardi said she wished everything short of death on him, also saying he was a “dark cloud” on the lives of anyone who knew him.
“Yea he is that’s why I don’t wish him death ..but I truly hate this dirty a-s narcissistic piece of sh-t…And his family and his friends never check him that’s why he always going to be a piece of sh-t of a person.”
For their kids together, and Offset’s three others with three different other women, we’d hope that someday everyone involved can mature and become decent co-parents to the kids. They deserve better.
