Kelce’s outfit wouldn’t translate to much on-the-field success from the NFL star over the weekend, however

FANS believed that Travis Kelce’s outfit the day before a primetime NFL game was a nod to his girlfriend and music icon Taylor Swift.

The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star tight end was wearing black for the team’s Saturday flight to play the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football.

The Chiefs posted a video of Kelce stepping out of the plane in Atlanta, Georgia.

The nine-time Pro Bowler wore an all-black ensemble, and he didn’t disappoint.

Kelce rocked a black t-shirt with a blazer over it and rocked black pants.

The three-time Super Bowl champion also sported black sandals and carried a black bag.

And Kelce finished his look with a cap that read, “He got game.”

His look caused Swift fans to go into a frenzy on social media, making claims that his attire referenced Swift’s 2017 album called Reputation.

The 14-time Grammy winner wears an all-black outfit on the stage of her Eras Tour concerts whenever she sings songs from the Reputation album.

Fans shared their reactions to the outfit in the comments.

“Big reputation,” one wrote.

“It’s giving rep,” another added.

Swift didn’t go to Kelce’s Week 3 game after previously attending the first two contests of the season in Kansas City.

On Saturday night, she was spotted enjoying dinner with model pal Gigi Hadid in New York City.

With Swift not in attendance, the Chiefs managed to stay undefeated with their 22-17 victory over the Falcons.

However, a video circulated of Kelce appearing to look disappointed on the bench.

He was seen rubbing his eyes and staring off into space after posting just four receptions for 30 yards.

Kelce has had a rough go of things in the team’s first three games, recording just eight receptions for 69 yards combined.

Fans believe that he was unhappy due to Swift’s absence.

She went to numerous Chiefs games last year including the team’s Super Bowl win in Las Vegas in February.

Kansas City will face the home team Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.

It’s not yet known if Swift will appear at Kelce’s road game.
