Internet personality Hailey Welch, known as Hawk Tuah girl, has finally done the unthinkable and introduced her ‘Pookie’ to the world.

On an episode of Talk Tauh with Haliey Welch last month, the 22-year-old internet star stated she and the love of her life were officially an item.

Not many people believed that this person actually existed since she refused to name him or show a picture that wasn’t covered up.

Over the weekend, Welch’s podcast sent a picture stating that she will reveal who Pookie is on Tuesday’s edition of her Talk Tauh podcast.

That is exactly what she did.

Through her podcast Talk Tuah, Haliey Welch introduced Kelby Blackwell, her boyfriend. She has been in a relationship with Blackwell since June 2024. That was the same month when she first went viral in a street interview with Tim & Dee TV.

Welch’s relationship and the mention of “Pookie” began during that interview when she could be heard saying: “I love you, Pookie! Forever!”

It makes sense why she did not reveal her dating status since they were not officially official until recently.

However, Haliey Welch did share that she and Blackwell have known each other for over three years.

He came on the podcast and finally opened up to the world.

Welch and Blackwell stated he had been in a two-year relationship before they began “hooking up” months after his previous relationship ended.

That was in 2023, but they never made things official, so that means they were basically just friends with benefits.

Blackwell added that he was still “working on himself” when he met Welch, which added to the timeline of why their relationship did not become official until recently.
