Jon Gruden Has Had Several Football-Related Jobs Since Resigning As The Raiders Coach
Jon Gruden’s NFL career has been marred by controversy. He was forced to resign as the head coach of the Raiders in 2021 after leaked emails from 2011 to 2018 exposed him for using homophobic, racist, and misogynistic rhetoric.
The emails were discovered during an NFL investigation into the Washington Commanders
Gruden has stuck around the game, having been involved in several roles since leaving coaching, including consultancy. He recently appeared as a guest at a Bucs game, which suggests a mending of fences between the parties.
The Super Bowl-winning coach signed one of the richest contracts in NFL history at the time when he returned to the Raiders in 2018, securing a 10-year deal worth $100 million.
Fans will probably be curious to learn the figure he’s set to make at his new job.
