As he recounted during his recent appearance on journalist Dan Patrick’s show, Diesel once spent a million dollars in just 30 minutes or so.
Between big cars, jewelry and clothes, he didn’t hold back on any expense as long as the math was right in his head.
I got a check for a million dollars from a car company, and I always wanted a 100% black Mercedes.
So I immediately signed it and went to the dealership. At the time I didn’t negotiate, I paid $150,000.
In my head I was still rich because I still had $850,000 on that check. As soon as I got home, my father said to me: “I wish I had the same one.”
We got back in the car and I bought her the same one. But with $700,000, I’m still rich. My mother also wanted a car, so I got a $100,000 one.
