Now he might well shine in the comedy arena, thanks to new Peacock show Mr. Throwback!

Curry produces the series, which comes from Happy Endings creator David Caspe, along with the writing duo of Matthew and Daniel Libman.

The premise of the show is a documentary of Curry playing a fictionalized version of himself.

In the show, Curry has an old high school teammate, Danny Grossman – played by Adam Pally – who never made it in basketball.

Now Grossman wants a helping hand from Curry, leading to plenty of high jinks along the way.

This is far from the first time Curry has ventured down the entertainment route.

He has an Oscar for producing the short film, The Queen of Basketball.

Curry wouldn’t be the first sportsperson to try and go down the show business route after their career ends.

Indeed, one huge NFL star of today’s game, Travis Kelce, has also hinted that’s where his future may lie.

It’s already been a storybook life for Curry, whatever comes next.

He has also been an MVP from an NBA Finals.

And the 36-year-old is currently in action at the Paris Olympics.
