Announced as one of the strong axes of the French team for the Paris Olympic Games, the pair formed by Victor Wembanyama and Rudy Gobert in the racket has struggled so far to meet expectations. Including those of a cash George Eddy.
He may not comment on their match and launch into lyrical flights at the microphone as usual, he nevertheless follows their journey closely.
George Eddy does not miss any of the French team’s matches at the Paris Olympic Games.

It remains to be seen whether Vincent Collet will take this advice into account in view of the formidable quarter-final that is looming for his team.
Once again frustrated by the performance of the French team, George Eddy regrets that Rudy Gobert and Victor Wembanyama take so many dribbles in the offensive phase.
It remains to be seen whether this can be corrected by Tuesday and the quarter-finals.
