The ritual, captured on video and shared on USA Basketball’s X account, shows Stephen Curry recording the moment with his phone while LeBron James autographs a USA Basketball cap for Devin Booker.

Booker, in turn, signed a pair of gold Nike LeBron 22 sneakers, which then went to Kevin Durant to sign.

Each player contributed to this unique tradition, signing game jerseys and other memorabilia, encapsulating the camaraderie and triumph they had just achieved.

This ritual was more than just a celebration: it was a way for the team to frame their shared golden memories, ensuring that their historic Olympic victory would be remembered not only by the world, but by each of them, for the rest of their lives.

For LeBron and Steph it wasn’t all plain sailing, as the Los Angeles Lakers star went with his wife Savannah James to an exclusive restaurant in Paris to celebrate the Olympic glory with his teammates, he had an unexpected incident where he reacted rudely to a fan, although later in another video the real reason for his reaction was revealed.

Leaving the same restaurant after the celebration with Team USA, Curry and his family encountered a crowd of fans as they walked to their car.

 The crowding was so intense that the Golden State Warriors star reacted similarly to LeBron.

Back in the locker room scene, filled with laughter, pride and unity, it was clear that this moment perfectly captured the essence of Team USA’s journey to Olympic gold.
