While Kevin Love and LeBron James have enjoyed success with a title with the Cavaliers, their relationship has not always been healthy in Ohio, especially at the beginning.
The former Wolves player remembers, for example, a tweet that was very painful to digest.
Today at the Heat where he is quietly enjoying his life in the NBA, Kevin Love has already had the chance to experience success in the league, especially with the Cavaliers by winning a championship.
A magnificent moment for the center, especially since it took place alongside LeBron James and Kyrie Irving.
However, everything was clearly not perfect at the beginning.
LeBron’s tweet that Kevin Love did not like
After leaving the Wolves after several years, Love had a hard time adapting to Cleveland’s game, especially alongside several stars.
It took him a long time to find his place, to the point where LeBron James posted a tweet in 2015 that was clearly aimed at Love.
Even the King wasn’t happy with the turn of events.

LeBron James: “Stop looking for a way to fit in, and just fit in.
Be a part of something special! Just what I think.”
While he doesn’t specifically name Love at that moment, everyone knows that the message is for the Wolves’ inside line.
The person concerned knows this very well, to the point where he recently returned to this episode in the podcast “Pardon My Take”.
Kevin Love on LeBron James’ message: “What he did, it definitely hurt me.
It was 80% for me. It’s one of the things that I really took personally, it was really hard for me.
I really had to adapt to Cleveland. I wanted guys to at least acknowledge that, that I was making a lot of sacrifices.”
“I think LeBron just wanted to find a way to get the best out of me, to help me showcase myself.
He wanted it to be done through the media because he didn’t want it to happen again
. There were obviously a lot of things, but since then, you know, we know that LeBron is a brother to me.”
Despite this little clash, LeBron James and Kevin Love managed to find the formula with a title at the end for the Cavaliers.
A story that ends well, but proof that the King knows how to use social networks to get a message across. The Lakers should remember that.
