Steph Curry’s wife appeared to tear up following a tense encounter with French police at an undisclosed location in Paris while attempting to return to their car.

Ayesha Curry, the wife of Warriors star and Team USA Olympics hero Steph Curry, appeared to tear up following a tense encounter with French police at an undisclosed location in Paris while attempting to return to their car Saturday after the gold medal game.

During the nearly three-minute encounter, Sonya Curry — Curry’s mother — and Golden State teammate Draymond Green were also speaking with police officers, while Ayesha carried the couple’s youngest son, Caius, while another child who appeared to be Curry’s oldest daughter Riley, walked with a flag draped around his shoulders.

“Look, they won’t let us go back over there where we came from,” Sonya told the officers, while pointing toward a location away from the camera.

“They won’t let the driver come here, and they won’t let us go back over there.”

One man in the video, who was translating the conversation between Sonya and the police officers, said “the president” was coming by, “so nobody’s allowed to cross the street right now until he’s passed.”

French President Emmanuel Macron attended the game between the United States and France and could also have been exiting the arena.

And at one point, as the back-and-forth continued, Green accused the officers of allegedly hitting the baby.

“So even after you hit the baby in the head, there’s still nothing y’all can do to get them out of here?” Green asked.

It’s unclear which officer Green accused of hitting the baby or when the alleged contact occurred during the dispute.

The video stopped after three minutes, and how long the dispute lasted — as well as the time that’d elapsed before and after the clip began — also remains unclear.

Team USA took the streets of Paris by storm after their Olympic gold medal victory, swatting off legions of fans as they made their way through the city.

But not everyone is impressed with how certain members went about flaunting their success.

LeBron James, fresh from securing another gold medal, found himself in the crosshairs of some fans on Sunday after a clip surfaced of him with a young fan.

The video, which has now reached over 10 million people on X alone, showed James out for a stroll in France, sporting some laid-back Team USA gear.

With his wife Savannah by his side, the basketball legend was approached by a young fan, phone in hand, eager for a quick moment with the star.

But things took a sharp turn when James, clearly not in the mood, firmly told the fan to stop and waved a finger in his face. One of his entourage then gently nudged the kid aside as they made their way into a nearby restaurant.

Once inside, James was greeted with cheers and congratulations from photographers and broke into a quick celebratory dance.

Viewers took aim at LeBron for “breaking that kid’s heart”.

“This is why Jordan is the GOAT. He never let his fans hang high and dry,” one person wrote.

“Imagine finally being that close to your hero, simply wanting a pic with him, and then getting reprimanded by him. I don’t mind him not taking the pic with the kid, but there’s no need to wave his finger in his face,” another said.

On the court, James had just led Team USA to a nailbiting victory over France, clinching his third Olympic gold medal to add to his already glittering resume, which includes four NBA championships. Team USA’s triumph marked their fifth consecutive Olympic gold in basketball.

“Super humbled that I can still play this game,” James said after the win.

“Played at a high level, played with 11 other great players and a great coaching staff and went on and did it for our country. It was a great moment all around.”

Another classic LeBron moment had fans claiming he was “just another arrogant American” after he told the television cameraman to move away as he stood with his teammates showing off his gold medal.

Elsewhere, Devin Booker was seen jumping on a bicycle to depart the Olympics in style, while YouTuber Jake Paul was spotted stumbling out of a venue after partying with Team USA.
