LeBron James supports decision to assign Bronny James to the G League
While he hopes to play alongside his son, LeBron James supports the LA Lakers’ decision to assign Bronny to the G League for his development. LeBron has been spotted attending South Bay Lakers games to watch his rookie son.
Bronny has seen limited time with the Lakers this season, averaging just 2.7 minutes in six games.
In November, the Lakers assigned Bronny to the G League, which was always part of the plan when they selected him. Both LeBron and Bronny James understood that for his first season, Bronny would spend significant time with South Bay while working on his game.
Bronny has played three games in the G League, averaging 8.7 points, three rebounds, 2,7 assists, a steal and a block in 26 minutes per game.
