An influencer invested in the nearly $200 sports bra that Taylor Swift reportedly trains in – and she didn’t hold back while sharing her honest thoughts on the pricey garment.
The intimate in question is the Power Bra by the brand Forme, which Swift wore during her grueling training for her sold-out, worldwide Eras Tour, where she would run on the treadmill while singing her entire set list to get ready.
The bra, which was designed by an orthopedic surgeon, is supposed to correct your posture with patented technology that helps to keep your muscles in alignment.
According to the brand’s website, the bra ‘is engineered to activate and support key muscle groups, helping guide the body into proper alignment naturally, without any discomfort.’

It costs quite a pretty penny at $182, and comes in a variety of colors, like black, gray, blue and pink.
In comparison, a high-support sports bra from Lululemon comes in at $68, while one from trendy, celeb-loved brand Alo runs at $78.
So, with all of its hype, Los Angeles-based lifestyle influencer and heiress to the Garrett Popcorn fortune Brett Chody decided to try it out for herself, posting her thoughts in a new video on her TikTok account, where she boasts over 91,000 followers.
Chody is a marathon runner, and took the bra out for a spin this week when going on a run to train for the upcoming New York City marathon.
She prefaced the clip by sharing that she purchased the bra in a size small, and is a 32DDD cup.
And, once she slipped it on, Chody said that she could ‘immediately’ feel a difference in her posture.
‘It actually is crazy how I felt my posture immediately stay straight, it’s not uncomfortable, it’s just a weird feeling,’ Chody said.
‘Another thing I want to highlight is I’m constantly looking for high-impact sports bras that work with my boobs, and this absolutely passes the test with flying colors,’ she admitted.

However, she noted that just because the Forme bra is high-impact doesn’t mean you need to spend such a pretty penny on it, as there are other garments out there that are also high-impact but at a cheaper price.
The high-impact aspect of the bra wasn’t the only positive, though – Chody said it was also an extremely comfortable fit, and she could feel it keeping her shoulders up.
She also shared some ‘cons’ of the bra in her video, explaining that it covers a lot of your body, which might not translate well for working out in hot weather.
Because it’s so long, it looks like a shirt, which can affect your clothing choice for the workout, too, she explained.
‘I like to wear shirts on my long runs and then take them off and tuck them in the racer back of my sports bra, and you can’t really do this well with that bra, so I am docking points for that,’ Chody said.

While it was an overall ‘good experience,’ the TikTok creator said she ‘could not in good conscience’ tell her followers to run out to buy the nearly $200 sports bra.
‘However, if you’ve been wanting one for a while and you really struggle with hunching over in regular life or in workouts, and you have the money, then definitely give it a whirl,’ the influencer shared.
Chody said that the bra will stay in her rotation of running gear, but it wasn’t necessarily ‘life changing.’
So, if you’re looking to be like Swift, you may want to save your money for her Eras tour instead.
