On Wednesday, WNBA rookie Angel Reese signed a deal with The Hershey Company, according to Nick DePaula. The Chicago Sky forward expressed her excitement about having an endorsement deal with the company.
The Sky rookie shared the news to her fans on X (formerly known as Twitter). Reese also credited her agent, Jeanine Ogbonnaya, who helped her get the deal she’s been working on for four years.
“I’ve been trying to get this deal for 4 YEARS! Without an agency, all I have is a FIRE INDEPENDENT MANAGER/AGENT that always stood on business about me since day one! I appreciate the fan support but @JeanineJuliano DID THIS! Anyway we MOVE! HAPPY REESE’S PIECES DAYYY,” Reese said on X.

DePaula reported that the brand will release a collection of Reese’s-branded apparel. He added that the former LSU star will have three collection drop launches. The first of “Angel x Reese’s” collection will be released on Wednesday on her website, TheAngelReese.com.
The collection will feature eight items, including shirts, hats, and hoodies. The next drop will feature a Reese jersey. The last will be another eight-item collection with the Reese’s Cups logo.
“The fans really made this happen,” Reese told Boardroom. “This collection is for my Reese’s Pieces — who’ve been with me every step of the way.”
The Chicago player knew her name was identical to the popular chocolate product. Reese said her fans started calling themselves the “Reese’s Pieces.”
Angel Reese welcomed the idea of working out with Spurs legend
The Sky rookie has shown a ton of promise in her first year in the WNBA. During the first half of the season, she broker Candace Parker’s double-double streak and had 15 consecutive double-doubles.
That was no accident, as Reese looked to mimic Tim Duncan’s game. In an interview with Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson, she welcomed the idea of working out with the San Antonio Spurs legend.
“I mean always learning from a legend is great,” Reese said. “For me, I love to pick people’s brains and pick a lot of great players’ brains so of course it would be great.”
Reese could sharpen her game if she gets a chance to learn from one of basketball’s greats.
